Fantastic! The service was excellent. We were seated right away. Our waiter brought chips with the salsa bar. We loved being able to taste several salsas. My favorite was the guacamole. It was thinned and creamy with nice heat. We ordered the build your own burrito (flour tortilla, white rice, homemade beans, spicy shredded beef, hot salsa, cheese and queso, smothered and fried.) Delicious!!! So much food we couldn't finish so brought some home. Reasonable prices. Can't wait to go back! Loved it!

Bland. Bland. Bland. Bland. Bland. So, I'm saying there isn't much in the way of flavor here. The table service salsa is just silly, their salsa flavors are boring. The wait staff seemed new childish and unprepared, The enchilada and taco platters are boring, no flavor. I'm just curious - where are they keeping the flavor? In the back with all the real Mexican food they aren't serving?

From the outside it looks like a fast food joint instead of a Mexican restaurant. Very nice place inside but service was horrible. Waitress sat us in a side of the restaurant that was empty. She forgot about us often, so it made the dining experience annoying to be forgotten about multiple times. Waited to order, waited on beverage orders, and refills in unacceptable time. We figured out how to order off the menu. She never asked if it was our first time to visit. Guacamole sauce was awful and too diluted. Only positive was the good food they serve but service needs to match it or we won't be returning.

I hate writing negative reviews, but this place is a bust. Everything from the service, to the food, to the management was less than mediocre. Food is flavorless, dishes are delivered incorrectly and when they don't have a side that comes with your selected dish, they don't tell you and just deliver some enexpected side dish like mashed potatoes with no season but a small sprinkle of sea salt. To top it off, I couldn't even get a decent wine Margarita because it was so over done with salt I literally could have been drinking sea water from the red sea. Lastly, from the time we sat down, ordered our food, got the chips and dip, got our food and spoke with the manager regarding our concerns it was a 3 hr visit. Needless to say we were very polite regarding the issues because we understand that if no one ever says anything than it is hard for one to improve. What I can also tell you is that the female we spoke with was incredibly unprofessional and lacked socio-communication skills. This was such a horrible experience that I nor my guests that day have gone back for another try.

Went with my wife and 3 kids between the ages of 11 and 3. Was pleasantly surprised by the lack of a crowd especially on a Saturday night. Food arrived quickly and unlike most Mexican restaurants with saturate their food with cheese; the food tastes very good without it. Taco pastor was a little dry, but the rest was very good but just a little spicy. Watch out for the refried beans.... Very good but a little spicy. The queso dip was amazing.

Coming to Macho Nacho Mexican grill I was anticipating a great experience. A few friends have given it high recommendations, so I was looking forward to trying it. Overall, I was pleased, after a little worrying start. The interior is bright and clean and the layout mimics the IHOP that formerly occupied the building. We were seated quickly by what seems like a more-than-ample staff that was a little young. A salsa server came over, pushing a messy baker style cart, offering mild, pineapple and hot salsa with a bowl of chips. The chips were thick and a little greasy, making some of them soft, but a refill fixed that with fresh and warm, if still a little thick, chips. The hot and mild salsas were similar in flavor, which was good, hearty and thick. The pineapple, however, lacked any sort of flavor and seemed like a thick, yellowish oil. Soft drinks are served in canning jars, a trend that is not to my liking, and margaritas were offered. The menu has the basics with few planned out meals, opting instead for build-your-own combos and dishes. The ingredient choices are good with a variety of meats in particular. The wait staff had a few suggestions, but no specials or house specialties. Our orders came out in a reasonable time with nice presentation. The beans are flavorful with a little spice. The rice comes in three varieties with the verde being the most flavorful. I particularly liked my choices of tinga(a marinated chicken) barbasoa(a spicy marinated beef) and chorizo in enchiladas and an empanada. At first, the amateur look and young, inexperienced staff mixed with a good and bad pre-meal had me concerned, but the quality of the food and low price gave me the good experience I was hoping for.

This place wont be open too long. Poor service and bland food will keep from returning a 2nd time. Spend your money at a place where they spice up your meal. It was a difficult task to get a water at the near empty restaurant in the wee hours of 7 pm. So glad they serve alcohol to wash the taste away.

Very nice experience! Service was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. We were shown a beer menu with a variety of drinks and we also presented with extra flavors. Many people attend to your table from a girl with a salsa cart to the manager. Never once felt ignored or unimportant. We will be back and recommending to others.

The service was not very good as the waitress ignored us as she stood 10 feet away from me at the waiter station. I should also mention that they only sever one type of nacho which surprised me considering the name.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
